The Project Proposal <br /> Vendor(s) shall design, build, install, operate, support, and manage the Network(s). <br /> Vendor(s) are encouraged to propose on all features with coverage over the full Service <br /> Area. Vendors may bid on parts or the whole of the RFP. If a Vendor chooses to propose on <br /> less than the whole, Vendor must provide details, including the use of maps or other <br /> diagrams as necessary, on those features and Service Area(s) for which it is proposing to <br /> sufficiently allow ORANGE COUNTY to review the Vendor's proposal. Vendor(s) should <br /> describe which, if any, of the turn-key services described below, it will provide. Vendor <br /> must explain or describe how it would allow for connection to other Service Areas in the <br /> event Vendor wishes to propose on less than the full Service Area. <br /> The following list of required information is offered to facilitate the preparation of the <br /> comprehensive proposal package that Orange County has to have in order to give <br /> each proposal fair and adequate consideration. <br /> All submitted proposals must include the following components as outlined below: <br /> 11.1 Technical Plan for the Proposed Project <br /> The technical plan must describe in detail how the proposed project will bring high-speed <br /> Internet services to the Eligible Service Area(s). Vendors) are encouraged to propose on <br /> all features with coverage over the full Service Area. Vendors may bid on parts or the <br /> whole of the RFP. If a Vendor chooses to propose on less than the whole, Vendor must <br /> provide details as to which features and Service Area(s) for which it is proposing, <br /> including the use of maps or other diagrams as necessary to sufficiently allow ORANGE <br /> COUNTY to review Vendor's proposal. Vendor(s) should describe which, if any, of the <br /> turnkey services described below, it will provide. Vendor must explain or describe how it <br /> would allow for connection to other Service Areas in the event Vendor wishes to propose <br /> on less than the full Service Area. <br /> 11.1.1 Service Area <br /> • A map and build out schedule (GIS shape file). If less than the entire <br /> Service Area is being proposed on, Vendor's portion of the Network(s) <br /> must provide for interconnection at no cost with other portions of the <br /> Network(s). An explanation as to how Vendor(s) expects to accomplish all <br /> interconnections should be included in Vendors' response. <br /> • An explanation as to how Vendor(s) expects to accomplish <br /> interconnection. <br /> • Detailed design for at least one multi-family dwelling (MDU), a municipal <br /> business district, a business park, a public housing development, and/or a <br /> residential neighborhood, if such feature is included in proposal. <br /> 10 <br />
