Ice <br />Comparison of TIP Projects in FY2004 -2010 & FY 2006 -2012 TIPS <br />The following two tables summarize the project funding, cost and schedule changes that <br />have occurred going from the FY2004 -2010 TIP to the draft FY2006 -2012 TIP. For the <br />most part, project changes occur when the initiation and completion of the construction <br />funding slips one to two years, and when project costs increase. It is assumed that the <br />overall project completion delay will be similar in length to the delay in project <br />construction funding.
