That agreement is provided in its entirety in <br />this package. The agreement was approved in June of 2003,. <br />The Interlocal Agreement provides funding for HS #.3 in a base amount of $27,800,000 <br />and additional funding of $2,200,000 if the Board of Education satisfies the "smart <br />growth principles" as defined in Addendum "B" The agreement was approved in .June of <br />2004. Each is explained separately below, <br />Base <br />According to the Interlocal Agreement, a base fimding amount of $27,800,000 was <br />agreed upon. A Capital Ordinance for the base amount has been approved by the County <br />Commissioners for that amount. The exact language of the ordinat~ee is provided below. <br />3.
