Twin <br /> Creeks is a 193-acre site with frontage on both Old 86 and Eubanks Road north of Carrboro. <br /> The site was acquired by Orange County in 2001 for the purpose of co-locating the planned <br /> Chapel Hill Township District Park and a future multi-school campus. <br /> At the April 14th work session, the Board asked that adoption of the Master Plan be brought <br /> back for action at the May 3'd regular meeting. The Board asked that a number of follow-up <br /> items also be addressed on May 3`d. Staff has provided this in a memorandum (attached), <br /> along with a few additional matters in need of consideration. Taken together, the follow-up <br /> items include: <br /> 1. Information on discussions with Piedmont EMC regarding the possible location of a <br /> BMX bike course in the PEMC powerline easement; <br /> 2. The potential for use of Soccer Superfund to augment funding for Phase I; <br />
