Care Homes can know each other better and work toward better care programs in the <br />Family Care Homes. <br />9. Autumn reminded the committee that there are still three open posts on the Committee to <br />bring us to full size. She shared flyers we can use to recruit additional members. <br />10. Meeting then switched from public to closed. <br />11. Site Visit Reports were presented: <br />a. Crescent Green, by Yvonne Mendenhall <br />b. Carol Woods by Michael Zuber <br />c. Brookdale jointly presented by Yvonne and Michael <br />12. All reports were approved with minor edits <br />13. Autumn reminded the committee that quarterly site visit reports are due when the visit is <br />completed and should be emailed to the Committee Chair and Ombudsman at that time. <br />It will help meeting planning and efficiency to send the reports earlier in the quarter. <br />14. Quarterly activity reports are due (for April, May and June 2018) by July 5. Those <br />should be sent to Autumn. <br />15. Autumn will be on maternity and parental leave around July 1 but will manage the <br />reports we send to Ombudsman for her temporary replacement. <br />16. Temporary Ombudsman for Orange County will be Pam Palmer, Durham County <br />Ombudsman. <br />17. Next meeting will be July 19, 2018 3:30 PM at the Passmore Center. <br />18. A thank you was presented from Orange County to each committee member for <br />Volunteer appreciation, and a card was signed and presented to Mary Fraser for her <br />outstanding service to Orange County Department on Aging, and congratulation and <br />good wishes were shared with Autumn Cox to welcome her new baby. <br />19. The meeting was adjourned at 5:00 PM <br />
