Yes <br />1- We were pleasantly surprised by the <br />facility cleanliness and improvements <br />since the last visit. Residents observed <br />and interviewed were neat, tidy and <br />odor free. <br /> <br />2-5. Residents were anxiously waiting <br />for their names to be called, as <br />monthly stipend checks were being <br />distributed in the dining hall. <br />Consequently, they weren’t too <br />interested in interacting. <br /> <br />Talking with some residents was <br />difficult due to cognitive and <br />communication challenges. <br />2.
