The residents we did speak with <br />didn’t raise any issues or ideas on how to improve their <br />experience. They were very happy with the facilities, staff <br />and living conditions at Carol Woods. <br /> <br /> <br />Discuss items from “Areas of Concern” Section as well as any <br />changes observed during the visit. Give summary of visit with <br />Administrator or SIC. Does the facility have needs that the <br />committee or community could help address? <br />______________________________________________ <br /> <br />Consistent with previous visits, Carol Wood provides one of <br />the counties best residential experiences for the senior <br />community. At the exit interview, we discussed how the staff <br />is preparing for the arrival of hurricane Florence on Thursday. <br />They had multiple meetings to review their emergency policies <br />and procedures. <br /> <br />
