All residents appeared healthy, <br />comfortable, and positive. At the time of <br />the visit, residents’ doors were shut and <br />few residents visible. Staff told us they <br />just finished exercise classes and <br />meetings and were preparing for dinner. <br /> <br />There were more staff visible than <br />residents. The staff was professional and <br />caring when interacting with residents. <br /> <br />The residents we spoke with provided no <br />feedback on how to improve the living <br />conditions. They were very positive <br />about their experience and enjoyed living <br />at Carol Woods. <br /> <br />2. Did residents say they receive assistance with personal care activities? <br />(i.e. brushing their teeth, combing their hair, inserting dentures or <br />cleaning their eyeglasses) <br />Yes <br />3. The facility was in good order and <br />felt comfortable overall. <br /> <br />No medical, cleaning supplies or <br />hazardous materials were visible in the <br />hallways or located on carts. <br /> <br />One hallway with no windows only had <br />half the lights turned on.
