DocuSign Envelope ID:79C5D167-B6CA-4E59-B4AC-AA38CC1 B20BD <br /> Orange County Emergency Services <br /> System Plan <br /> 1n <br /> aO °A Mass Gathering Plan <br /> Procedure: <br /> • Event medical plans shall be submitted to Orange County Emergency <br /> Services no later than 60 days prior to the proposed event. <br /> • The Orange County Emergency Services Operation Officer and the <br /> Orange County Emergency Services Medical Director shall review the <br /> medical plan within 15 days and respond to both the event sponsor and <br /> the permitting agency as follows: <br /> o Recommended without modification <br /> o Recommended, contingent upon acceptance of modifications <br /> o Not recommended <br /> • Those plans not recommended shall be returned and will include an <br /> explanation of the decision. <br /> • The applicant may appeal the decision by resubmitting the plan to the <br /> Orange County Emergency Services Director and requesting review of the <br /> decision within 5 working days. <br /> • The point of contact for questions regarding this policy is the Orange <br /> County Emergency Services Operations Manager. <br /> Revised September, 2018 <br />
