All providers function at the discretion and permission of the Orange <br /> County Emergency Services Medical Director and under his/her supervision. <br /> a. The Orange County Emergency Services Medical Director participates <br /> actively in training. <br /> b. The Medical Director has final authority on provider practice privileges. <br /> c. The Medical Directory also has the right and responsibility to suspend any <br /> provider he/she deems unfit or unqualified to perform to set standards. <br /> d. The Medical Director or Designee will be present at oral boards to <br /> determine provider's capability to practice independently. <br /> e. Agencies must agree to adhere to the Orange County EMS System Plan <br /> medical disciplinary procedure (Attachment 8) <br /> Application Completion and Submission <br /> Completed Applications should be submitted directly to the Orange County Emergency <br /> Services EMS Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will be available by phone <br /> or email to discuss submitted applications.
