Some residents complained that they did not like to play bingo, which seems to the residents to be the primary activity that is offered. 15b. One resident complained that he/she went to attend an activity, but it did not occur at the scheduled time. While we visited, there was an activity for residents with memory issues. The assistant to the activity director had brought in 3 residents to play a memory game with cards. Another resident came in, of his own volition, to join the activity. 17b: A number of residents reported that there should be more assistance in the cafeteria. 15a.
