Calendar is located on front wall in <br />plain sight. <br />Residents reported that the holiday <br />celebrations and dinner were good. <br /> <br />17a.There is a nicely decorated dining room <br />table that is always set-up for eating. Due to <br />the need for some residents to be fed, they <br />prefer to have all residents in same location <br />when dining. <br /> <br />19. Some of the residents work at OE <br />Enterprises, which has opportunities for <br />persons with disabilities and/or vocational <br />rehab. <br />Several of the activities on the calendar <br />indicate that they will be conducted by <br />persons from outside organizations, such as <br />local area pastors and churches. <br />Residents reported that churches, family & <br />friends delivered presents at Christmas. <br />15a. Does the facility have <br />needs that the committee or community could help address? <br /> Gutters were being cleaned at time of our arrival. <br /> <br />Sanitation Grade of 100 clearly posted. <br /> <br />The Resident Rights posted in the back hallway has the <br />wrong name listed as Ombudsman but the one in the front <br />is correct. <br /> <br />**The biggest change is that on November 7th, Louise sold <br />Villines Rest Home to Adorable Senior Living. She is <br />acting administrator at this time but will retire soon. We <br />commented to ourselves and to her that she was as relaxed <br />as we've ever seen her and was quicker to smile.
