There is a volunteer who was unloading a <br />car with loads of personal shopping items that <br />residents had ordered. Reminder was posted <br />in the window of the dining room reminding <br />residents about her shopping for their personal <br />items today. <br /> <br />17b. Several residents commented that the <br />kitchen runs out of food items especially milk <br />and mentioned kitchen staff turnover. Others, <br />however, commented that "the food was <br />getting better". <br /> <br />19. One resident has great relationship with <br />her church family choir and Sunday services. <br />15a. Does the facility have <br />needs that the committee or community could help address? <br /> The committee spoke with Ms. Stamey upon exit and <br />during this interview it was positively noted that she <br />administrator knows her residents well. Ms. Stamey <br />indicated that she would check into whether one resident's <br />claim that their PT insurance limit had been met and to <br />determine whether some other therapy could be provided. <br />Similarly, Ms. Stamey was advised about the complaint that <br />clergy visits were found to be intrusive.
