Were residents asked their preferences or opinions <br /> about the activities planned for them at the facility? <br />Yes 15a & b. There was a birthday celebration at <br />the time of our visit. All residents in Bldg 6 <br />were in attendance and seemed to be enjoying <br />themselves. <br /> <br />17. In Building 7, we observed a dining <br />survey that residents could complete <br />pertaining to their dining experiences and <br />preferences. That is likely present in Bldg 6 as <br />well. <br /> <br />17c. There was a specific note to the staff in <br />kitchen in Bldg 7 that water should be served <br />to every resident at mealtime. <br /> <br />20. Give summary of <br />visit with Administrator or SIC. Does the facility have <br />needs that the committee or community could help address? <br /> We visited during dinnertime and hesitated to disturb the <br />residents during their meal. <br /> <br />We had introductions and brief conversations with the med <br />tech in Bldg 5 (Tiera Johnson) and the nursing supervisors <br />who were making rounds between buildings, no official exit <br />interview was held due to the time of our visit and lack of <br />findings to report. <br /> <br />Nurses on staff to support Bldgs 6 & 7 24/7 and those <br />nurses also have support from nursing supervisors when <br />needed. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
