A summary of public comments received
to date is included with the Executive Summary.
The Consolidated Housing Plan must be approved by all jurisdictions prior to submission of the
document to the Greensboro HUD Office no later than May 13, 2005. These items are
scheduled for approval by Carrboro on May 3, 2005; and Chapel Hill and Hillsborough on May
9, 2005.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: An approved Consolidated Housing Plan for Fiscal Years 2005 - 2010
must be on file with the Greensboro HUD Office in order for the Orange County HOME
Consortium to continue to receive HOME Investment Partnership Program funding.
RECOMMENDATON(S): The Manager recommends adapting the resolution approving the
FY2005-2010 Consolidated Plan.
