Do the residents appear neat, clean and odor free? Yes <br />1.-2: All residents interviewed in <br />assisted living second and third floors <br />said that the care they receive is good. <br />One said that staff is friendly, and that <br />the care provided is good to excellent <br />and staff responses to help are good. <br />There was training going on in the <br />memory care unit, but one resident <br />was available to visit and she was very <br />pleased with Brookdale in all respects. <br />She referred to a special activity that <br />all residents enjoyed that morning. <br /> <br />3.-5. Residents were seen throughout <br />the facility, in rooms, halls, sitting <br />areas, and gathering spaces. Staff was <br />also visible and interacting with <br />residents. <br />2.
