Attachmcnt 2 5 <br /> PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE <br /> Section 5311 (ADTAP), 5310, 5339, 5307 and applicable State funding, or combination thereof. <br /> This is to inform the public that a public hearing will be held on the proposed Orange County <br /> Community Transportation Program Application to be submitted to the North Carolina Department of <br /> Transportation no later than November 3, 2018. The public hearing will be held on 20 September <br /> 2018 at 7:00 pm before the Orange County Board of County Commissioners at Southern Human <br /> Services Center at 2501 Homestead Rd, Chapel Hill, NC 27516. <br /> Those interested in attending the public hearing and needing either auxiliary aids or services under the <br /> Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) or a language translator should contact TeLeishia Holloway on or <br /> before October 16, 2018, at telephone number 919.245.2002 or via email at <br /> thollowav @orangecountync.gov. <br /> The NCDOT 5307 Small Urban Program- Operating, Planning, Capital Funding provides assistance to <br /> coordinate existing transportation programs operating in Orange County as well as provides <br /> transportation options and services for the communities within this service area.
