15 <br />Page 2 of 2 Caitlin Gallagher <br />Board of Social Services <br />Background, education and experience relevant to this board: <br />I have worked in the mental health and substance abuse industry since 2009. My experience <br />includes working with the mentally ill, substance abusers, and those with developmental and <br />intellectual disabilities on an inpatient and outpatient basis. I specialize in case management <br />and, even on a voluntary basis, have assisted individuals with attaining resources to better <br />themselves. <br />Reasons for wanting to serve on this board: <br />I am a believer that most individuals can successfully live in their communities, despite <br />disabilities, if they are tied into the proper resources. I work hard to promote individual <br />betterment.
