Rural General Public Program <br />The Rural General Public Program assistance funds are intended to provide transportation services for <br />individuals from the county who do not have a human service agency or organization to pay for the trip. The <br />county, in consultation with the Community Transportation System, must determine the RGP services to be <br />provided with the RGP funds.
