Some of our foundations have changed <br />their focus from human services to areas such as the environment and social justice; only half of <br />the anticipated FEMAIEFSP allocation was received in November 2017, the remainder is pending; <br />the Triangle United Way allocation was cut by 75% in July 2017. Perhaps due to the numerous <br />natural disasters happening in other parts of the country, donors are choosing to make their <br />charitable donations to these disasters instead of keeping their finances local. <br />iv.
