The <br />following sections and information will be included in the report: <br />Explanation of services performed and the findings. <br />A section concerning any variations from the work plan or the SOPs. <br />a Tables summarizing field data, GPS coordinates of all boring locations. <br />Figures presenting boring locations and a revised waste disposal area boundary. <br />Copies of original field notes. <br />n Boring logs. <br />We will submit a digital copy (.pdf) of the report as required. <br />April 12, 2018 4 <br />
