Our firm would welcome the opportunity to be selected to assist Orange County. UDV specializes in planning consulting and urban design services. We provide planning consulting services for community and economic development projects, housing projects, redevelopment projects, rehabilitation programs, urban studies, and architectural services. Our firm will commit the staff and resources necessary to meet the quality and schedule expectations by Orange County. As a principal of Urban Design Ventures, LLC, I have worked with the CDBG Program since the passage of the Housing and Community Development Act, other Federal, and State Programs. UDV staff has over eighty (80) years of experience in the field of planning, housing, community development, and economic development.
