<br />Compared to the estimated annual cost to operate a Town-Only transfer station, as presented in
<br />Section 7, the incremental cost to operate a MRF in addition to traditional transfer station
<br />operations is estimated to be approximately $162,600 per year. This incremental cost is
<br />attributed to the need for one (1) additional staff to assist in processing materials, annual debt
<br />service and maintenance costs for the additional equipment used in materials processing.
