Assume 900 household exemptions. <br />8.2.5 Financial Modeling Assumptions <br />The PAYT Pro Forma module allows the Town to modify many of the assumptions used and <br />develop revised rates as the PAYT program matures. Assumptions used for the above modeling <br />includes: <br />8.2.5.1 Waste Reduction <br />Data from more than 1,000 communities around the country was used to identify the impacts of <br />PAYT above and beyond any other recycling or yard waste program differences, demographics, <br />and other factors. The research showed the following impacts on residential solid waste:16 <br /> MSW disposal tonnages typically decrease by 16 to 17%.
