21 <br /> <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Burroughs, seconded by Commissioner Price to <br />approve the Resolution of Intent with correction Adopt FY2018-19 Annual Operating Budget at <br />the Board of County Commissioners Regular Meeting on June 19, 2018. <br /> <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> <br />Chair Dorosin said the process was smooth, and offered kudos to all management and <br />finance staff. <br /> <br />Closed Session: <br /> <br />A motion was made by Commissioner McKee, seconded by Commissioner Price to go <br />into closed session at 9:30 p.m. for the purpose below: <br /> <br />“To consider the qualifications, competence, performance, character, fitness, conditions <br />of appointment, or conditions of initial employment of an individual public officer or <br />employee or prospective public officer or employee; or to hear or investigate a <br />complaint, charge, or grievance by or against an individual public officer or employee.” <br />NCGS § 143-318.11(a) (6); <br /> <br /> <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Marcoplos seconded by Commissioner Jacobs to <br />reconvene into regular session at 10:20pm. <br /> <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> <br />14.
