Meg has offered to serve on that committee if there
would be a spot available for her.

Orange Partnership will be hosting an Operation Medicine Drop, along with a resource fair, up in
the Cedar Grove community. They have distributed over 200 medication lock boxes in the past
year through partnerships with DSS and other agencies.

Nancy Coston, DSS Director, and Bonnie Hammersley, County Manager, are holding a youth
convening meeting next week to get a feel for all of the youth services available in the county
and who does what, if there are any gaps in services, etc.

DSS was asked by Tanger Outlets to host a job fair for their stores for seasonal employment
opportunities.
