5 <br />f.Park Operations Facility: design will pursue a pre-engineered metal building <br />(PEMB).Structural design will be limited to foundation design for a slab-on- <br />grade foundation. Provide written <br />project narrative, site plan, building floor plans, and cost estimate. Attend all <br />meetings required by Owner. Submit to Owner and AHJand coordinate for <br />approval. <br />2.Design Development(DD):Respond to all SD comments. Continue design <br />process in all disciplines. Provide outline specifications, code summary sheet, site <br />plans, floor plans, and wall sections. Provide room/doorschedules, engineering <br />drawings, and cost estimate. Attend all meetings required by Owner. Submit to <br />Owner and AHJand coordinate for approval. <br />3.Construction Documents(CD):Respond to all DD comments. Provide full <br />working drawings and specifications. Submit to Owner and AHJand coordinate for <br />approval. Provide cost estimate.
