In addition to the design services on the EAC,the <br />design team hasalsobeen tasked with similar full design services for a separate <br />Department of Environment, Agriculture, Parks, and Recreation (DEAPR)Park <br />Operations Facility, also to be located within the Northern Campus on an adjacent <br />portionof thesite. <br />B.EAC:The program for the Environment and Agricultural Centerwill remain similar to <br />thespace needs assessment outlined in part 3. of the January 2017 Preliminary Study <br />Report, with minor updates to the work spaces for staffing changes, and with the <br />addition of a new 2,000 SF office suite for DEAPR Park Operations administrative staff. <br />With the added suite,thebuildingwill grow toapproximately 17,000 SF. <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 7B8562A0-AFF8-46FE-BD6D-399B7C6FD049
