NCDOT Petition Information for <br />Lochwood Court and Dumfries Lane in <br />Annandale at Creek Wood Subdivision <br />INFORMATION CONTACT: <br />Abigaile Pittman, 919 - 245 -2567 <br />Tom Altieri, 919 - 245 -2579 <br />Craig Benedict, 919 - 245 -2592 <br />PURPOSE: To make a recommendation to the North Carolina Department of Transportation <br />( NCDOT), and the North Carolina Board of Transportation (NC BOT), concerning a petition to <br />add Lochwood Court and Dumfries Lane in Annandale at Creek Wood Subdivision to the State <br />Maintained Secondary Road System. <br />BACKGROUND: This request includes a petition for two (2) road additions to the State <br />Maintained Secondary Road System. The major subdivision was approved <br />on April 23, 2013. The single family residential subdivision is located within Orange County's <br />planning jurisdiction, and was developed and approved subject to the County's zoning and <br />subdivision regulations. The subdivision was not eligible for annexation into Chapel Hill because <br />it is not located within a primary public utility service area according to the Water and Sewer <br />Management Planning Boundary Agreement. There is no known subdivision violation <br />associated with the subdivision. <br />
