An untimely application <br />approved under G.S. 105 -282.1 (al) applies only to the property taxes levied by the county or municipality in the <br />calendar year in which the untimely application is filed. If additional space for explanation is needed, please submit <br />an attachment with this request. <br />Please explain: <br />We apologize for these oversights. <br />978874543 — this property was supposed to transferred to a Homeowners Association, our attorneys did not complete <br />this process. <br />9788099088 — 326 McMasters St. Legal and recombination issues caused some internal confusion the final closing on <br />this property. <br />9865525052 — 307 -309 Odie St. This parcel was one of several parcels that we completed the purchase of in 2017. <br />However, this one was delayed and separate from the others, and we did not follow up with the tax exempt process <br />and application. <br />How did you find out about the program(s)?
