Install bedroom lockset for the entrance door. <br />RIGHT/REAR BEDROOM: <br />1. Install a six panel, wood door unit and lockset. <br />2. Install a vinyl, insulated, replacement window unit and trim. <br />3. Paint the ceiling with ceiling white latex paint, the walls with flat latex paint and <br />the trim with semigloss latex paint. Paint to cover completely. <br />BASEMENT BATH: <br />1. Secure the loose paneling on the shower wall. Install trim. <br />2. Finish the ceiling sheetrock smooth, <br />3. Paint the ceiling, walls and trim with semigloss latex paint. Paint to cover <br />completely. <br />ELECTRIC: <br />1. Install one outlet in the basement, right/rear bedroom. <br />2. Install GFI outlets in both baths and the kitchen. <br />3. Install the rear door floodlight properly. <br />
