The Owner will be retaining the services of a Construction Manager at <br />Risk (CMAR), which will require additional coordination meetings during <br />the pre- construction duration, and potential multiple and sequential bidding <br />efforts. <br />Compensation shall be the lump sums revised from the original Agreement as <br />follows: <br />1. Original Schematic Design Phase (SD) Services: $212,737.50 (Completed <br />and paid in full) <br />2. Additional Schematic Design Phase (SD) Services: $34,312.50 <br />3. Design Development Phase (DD) Services: $329,400.00 <br />4. Construction Document Phase (CD) and Approval Services: $658,800.00 <br />5. Bidding Phase Services: $82,350.00 <br />6. Construction Administration and Closeout Services: $329,400.00 <br />7. Detention Training and Transition Services: $82,500.00 <br />8. Amendment #1 — Add Sheriff's Offices: $0 (original Amendment for <br />$28,500.00 is no longer included in the scope of Work and hereby deducted <br />from the services to be rendered) <br />9. Amendment #2 — Analyze Two New Sites: $32,750.00 (Completed and paid <br />in full) <br />10. Amendment #3 — Update Jail Bed Need Projections: $6,650.00 (Completed <br />and invoicing in June monthly billing) <br />Except as to provisions of this proposal, all terms and conditions of the <br />Agreement between Owner and Architect remain in full force and effect. <br />If this Additional Services Proposal is acceptable, please indicate your acceptance <br />of, and agreement to its terms and your authorization to proceed by signing below <br />and returning one fully executed original for our files. <br />Thank you for this opportunity to be of service Orange County.
