2017 3rd Place Adult, Keith Newell <br />Contest Rules: <br />I) Photographs should feature Orange County <br />wildlife, natural resources, landscapes, or <br />people enjoying the parks and other <br />outdoor environments. <br />2) All photos must be taken in a natural <br />setting (no staged photos). <br />3) Photos must be taken in Orange County. <br />4) Orange County employees are eligible with <br />the exception of DEAPR staff. Contest <br />judges are ineligible. <br />5) Entries per person: Maximum of five (5) <br />total photos. <br />6) Complete and submit a Contest Entry Form <br />for each photo entered Find the form under <br />"Breaking News" at: <br />http : / /orangecountync.gov /deapr /. Complete <br />the Orange County Photo Release form for <br />any third party appearing in your photos. <br />7) Photos must be high resolution .gif or jpg <br />files.
