<br />2 <br /> <br />Overview <br />In 2019, FleishmanHillard and the Chapel Hill/Orange County Visitors Bureau will look to <br />strengthen our partnership, building upon the great work that was collaborated on in <br />early 2018. These activities support the mission of the Chapel Hill/Orange County <br />Visitors Bureau, which is to position Chapel Hill, and Orange County as a desirable <br />meeting or vacation destination to select visitor markets, with careful consideration of <br />the needs and assets of the communities that comprise Orange County. <br />Social Media & Marketing Content <br /> <br />Social Media Content Calendars <br />FH will manage and provide strategic counsel for ongoing social media content <br />calendars on a monthly basis, including: <br />• Monthly content creation of 60-80 posts per for Facebook, Instagram and <br />Twitter <br />• Planning and execution of all monthly and quarterly social campaigns <br />• Creation of monthly social media content calendar <br />• Facilitating regular, integrated content brainstorms <br />• Developing monthly content briefs <br />Blog Post Development <br />FH will continue to brainstorm and create four original blog content pieces a month to <br />support core business objectives and entice out-of-state travelers to visit the area. FH <br />will also source all of the images for each blog and support posting to the website when <br />needed. <br />Creative Social Assets <br />FH will also help develop creative social assets as part of the monthly content calendars, <br />including: <br />• Asset creation for Facebook, Instagram & Twitter <br />• Location tags on pictures <br />• Instagram Story creation <br />• Print and digital creative <br />Orange Slices Newsletter <br />FH will continue to manage the execution of the weekly Orange Slices newsletter, <br />fielding content from Laurie on a regular basis and helping to format and schedule for <br />Tuesday delivery. The team will also work to amplify each week’s newsletter via social <br />media platforms and increased promotion to allow users to subscribe. <br />Live Streaming Video <br />FH will continue to produce at least on Facebook Live event per month highlighting an <br />Orange County business or attraction via live streaming video on Facebook. This will <br />include the coordination, scripting, production and promotion of each event. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />11
