He resumed the presentation: <br />Diversion Outcomes on Detention Population - graph -page 10 slide <br />Caitlin Fenhagen, Criminal Justice Resource Director, said she attributes these positive <br />outcomes to the whole court system, court stakeholders, and law enforcement; not just her <br />department. <br />Commissioner Jacobs said John Roberts sent an email to the Board about allegations of <br />ADA violations at one of the courthouses. <br />John Roberts said the allegation referred to the old courthouse, and the complaint was <br />filed with the Clerk of Courts, and is not a formal legal complaint yet. <br />Chair Dorosin thanked Caitlin Fenhagen and her staff for their work with the Criminal <br />Justice Resource Department, and commended the good work being done. He said he wanted <br />to extend the County's appreciation. <br />Caitlin Fenhagen said many challenges remain, and in the future her department will be <br />looking to divert persons completely from the jail. She said the next step is to look toward law <br />
