17 <br />4. Bidding: Assumes Construction Manager at Risk delivery method. Assist with <br />prequalification and bidding of the Construction Manager's subcontractors. <br />B. Basic Desiqn Phase 2 (estimated Summer 2019 start, pending progress on the <br />separate total site package) <br />Construction Administration (CA): Basic fee includes construction <br />administration for an estimated duration of ten (10) months. Assumes Construction <br />Manager at Risk delivery method. Perform architectural coordination, submittal <br />review, and related Construction Administration. Lead the pre- construction <br />meeting. Provide bi- weekly jobsite visits (up to 22 visits anticipated) and lead <br />monthly construction meetings (up to 10 meetings anticipated), punch list and final <br />inspection. <br />2.
