Over the <br />years the Exchange Club's Family Center in Alamance has tripled in size and in <br />budget since 2001 and therefore the Board of Directors of the Exchange Club's <br />Family Center in Alamance County and the Exchange Club Center- for the i <br />Prevention of Child Abuse of North Carolina, Inc. worked to transition the center <br />once again to a stand -alone center status. The Exchange Club's Family Center in <br />Alamance was able to successfully reinstate their 501c3 status in July 2016 and has <br />begun operations on the reinstated tax status. The transition will be complete at the <br />end of the 2017 -2018 contract year on June 30, 2018. Sarah Black who has been <br />the Family Center's County Director since 2006 will continue on as the Executive <br />Director of the stand -alone Exchange Club's Family Center in Alamance County. <br />f) Schedule of Positions (For Entire Agency) <br />• Lull Time Equivalent (FTE) staff will be noted as 1.00; half time as .50; quarter time as .25, etc. <br />• Calculate a Full Time Equivalent for all recorded volunteer hours using the following: <br />Total volunteer Hours = Volunteer FTE <br />2,080 <br /># of FTE - Full -Time Paid Positions: 8 <br /># of FTE - Paid Part -Time Positions: 3 <br /># of Volunteers.-.14 # of FTE - Volunteers:2 <br />g) Luring Wage <br />Does this agency pay permanent employees a minimum living wade? (Yes/ No) Yes <br />If yes, is this agency an Orange County Living Wage Certified Employe '? No <br />If no, please explain.
