Because regular home maintenance reduces long term repair costs, Lessor will <br />reduce the amount of Lessee's monthly Stewardship Fee by five dollars after Lessee has <br />completed the home maintenance class. Lessee may attend additional home maintenance <br />classes, but will not receive additional fee reductions. <br />
