k~ STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE <br />ADDENDUM TO SCRAP TIRE <br />REMOVAL AGREEMENT <br />Addendum to that certain Agreement effective July 1993, between The County of Orange, on <br />behalf of its Salid Waste Department, hereinafter referred to as "County" and U.S. Tire <br />Recycling L.P., herein .referred to as "Contractor" for removal of scrap tires from the Orange <br />Regional Landfill located on Eubanks Road in Chapel Hill. <br />In consideration ofi the mutual promises and conditions set forth herein, the County and <br />Contractor agree to amend the Agreement as follows: <br />1. Change of Ownership: Ownership of the Orange County Landfill has been transferred to The <br />County of Orange. <br />2. The agreement to be amended to extend contract period until June 30, 2002. <br />3. Under paragraph 2. Duties of Orange County amended as follows: <br />....
