Failure of the Agency to comply with <br />this provision or failure of Its Vendors to comply could render this order void under North <br />Carolina Law. <br />34. Iran Divestment Act Certification. Agency hereby certifies that Agency, and all subcontractors, <br />are not on the Iran Final Divestment List ( "List ") created by the North Carolina State Treasurer <br />pursuant to N.C.G.S. 143 -6A -4. Agency shall not utilize any subcontractor that is identified on <br />the List. <br />35. Procurement. Contracts funded with federal grants must be procured in a manner that conforms <br />with all applicable federal laws, policies and standards as well as state law and local policies <br />including those under the OMB Uniform guidance (2 C.F.R. part 200). <br />9of10 <br />
