Exhibit 8 <br />(Par. 82, 85, 86) <br />EC6 Drought Emergency Measures, Continued <br />F <br />Lifespan Permanently installed measures meeting SCS technical standards and <br />specifications shall be maintained for at least 10 years following the <br />calendar year of installation. Temporary measures must be maintained <br />on the land for a period specified by 1 of the following: <br />• county program <br />• DASCO. <br />J <br />G <br />C/S Rate C/S rate is 50 percent of the actual cost for all permanent practices and <br />64 percent of the actual cost for all temporary practices. <br />Express the C/S rate as follows: <br />• it percent of the actual cost not to exceed $ <br />per unit of measure il. The limitation shall be based on the average <br />cost of performing the unit of measure. <br />• " percent of the actual cost not to exceed an amount <br />determined by the County Conu-nittee.11 In this case, the limitation <br />is the amount approved on the ACP -245. This method of expressing <br />C/S rates shall be used only where average costs cannot be <br />determined. <br />H <br />Specifications The practice shall provide details of any requirements upon which <br />cost sharing is conditioned.
