<br />A- Opening Remarks by Wayne R. Yarbrough, Jr., County Executive Director, Orange County
<br />FSA Office and Chairperson, County Emergency Board.
<br />Wayne R. Yarbrough, Jr., Chairperson, called the meeting of the Orange County
<br />Emergency Board to order, Mr. Yarbrough thanked all of the attendees for their time
<br />to appear at this meeting of the County Emergency Board and also inlayed a concern to
<br />the attendees as to the drought conditions which has affected Orange County during the
<br />past several months. Without any further delay Mr. Yarbrough, proceeded with the
<br />meeting.
<br />This was done in accordance with Handbook DR 1800 -1, paragraph 3.
