<br />Coordinator- Ten year -old regional land trust with nearly
<br />4,000 protected acres seeks organized, enthusiastic land
<br />protection coordinator. Individual will work closely with
<br />landowners and their advisors to negotiate and complete land
<br />conservation transactions. Additional responsibilities include
<br />fundraising for land .acquisition and stewardship projects, field
<br />investigations of candidate properties, land stewardship
<br />activities on protected properties, written reports and public
<br />presentations. Qualifications: bachelor's degree in natural
<br />resources, land planning, or related field; two to three years of
<br />experience in land conservation, land planning, or other related
<br />field, preferably with land trust work experience. Must be a
<br />self - starter with an outgoing, friendly personality; have strong
<br />written and verbal communication skills; and have a passion

<br />Manager.- The Monadnock Conservancy, a regional land trust
<br />serving 33 towns in southwestern NH, seeks an experienced
<br />professional for a full -time position as Land Protection Project
<br />Manager. The successful candidate will have a bachelor's
<br />degree or higher, experience in land conservation or related
<br />field, superior interpersonal and communication skills, and the
<br />proven ability to manage complex projects in a fast -paced
<br />environment without constant supervision. The project
<br />manager will be responsible for managing land transactions
<br />from start to finish, collaborating with municipalities and
<br />partner organizations, helping to refine the organization's
<br />overall land protection program, and cultivating relationships
<br />with landowners, donors, and other stakeholders.
<br />Compensation: $25,000 - $27,000 annual salary, health
<br />insurance plan, savings incentives plan, paid vacation. To
