58 <br />MILLION ACRE INITIATIVE STAFF AND CONTACTS <br />The Million Acre Initiative has one full -time staff member dedicated to realizing the goal of <br />protecting one million additional acres of open spaces in a decade's time. Initial funding for the <br />coordinator's position was secured through a one -year grant from the Z. Smith Reynolds <br />Foundation.
