Modular housing allowed in all <br />residential zones. <br />Vernacular Architectural Standards <br />Affordable housing provided to obtain the density <br />bonus must incorporate architectural features that are <br />reflective of the local vernacular. <br />NOTES: <br />*' A residential development that provides at least 85 percent of the maximum number of <br />affordable housing units available under the "Residential Density Bonuses for Affordable <br />Housing" shall not be subject to the small house requirements. <br />*2 Open space may be reduced up to 10% for affordable units <br />*3 Residential Developments of 5 or more units that do not provide at least 15% <br />affordable housing units are required to participate in an "Affordable Housing Review <br />Meeting" with the Carrboro Board of Aldermen. <br />5 of 22 <br />
