The following <br />statements are provided for discussion purposes: <br />A. Agreed upon plan to implement in all jurisdictions <br />involving actual numbers <br />B. Use of low- income tax credit programs <br />C. Use of more frugal /cheaper building alternatives <br />D. Use of any other mechanism to maintain the affordable <br />housing stock <br />E.
