The following <br />two questions are provided for discussion purposes: <br />A. How do we develop affordable housing on those properties — <br />example: 25 acres of the Greene Tract? <br />B. What other avenues are there to develop the property? <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Attached for background purposes is an excerpt from the October 1, 2003 Orange <br />County Board of Commissioners meeting agenda which included a discussion of <br />the Greene tract. Also within this Item is a copy of the April 29, 2002 Assembly of <br />Governments minutes that relates to the Greene tract which was a jointly owned <br />site. <br />1 of 9 <br />
