5. Estimate the amount of development that could be accommodated within the <br />Hillsborough Economic Development. District (EDD) based on the existing zoning <br />construct; <br />6. Examine the potential for greenway corridors in and around Hillsborough, <br />including one through the Waterstone development along Cates Creek; <br />7. Estimate the demand for other public services in the Transition Areas including <br />but not necessarily limited to public transportation, recreation and aging, parks, <br />schools, and economic development; and recommendations for any required <br />actions; and <br />8.
