Capacity for and access to additional funding sources - including grants, <br />etc. <br />3. <br />What do districts believe they are doing well? <br />a. Central administration /district <br />b. School administration <br />C. Teachers <br />d. Parents <br />4. <br />What characterizes the instructional environments? <br />a. Classroom environment: class size, team teaching <br />b. Current/ projected enrollment needs <br />At this juncture the research study team reviewed preliminary findings to ascertain <br />what important stories were emerging about the two school districts and whether or not <br />additional information needed to be collected. The decision was made not to conduct focus <br />groups but to summarize the data in hand and supplement it as needed with assistance from <br />CHCCS/OCS Final Report 9 <br />
