Middle School Special Needs Students <br />As shown in Table 20, for middle school students in both districts, economically <br />disadvantaged students, students with disabilities, and limited English proficient students <br />score substantially lower than not economically disadvantaged students. Between the two <br />school districts, CHCCS students with disabilities do appreciably better than OCS middle <br />school students in the same category. <br />Table 20.
